Job Title: Senior Salesforce PSS Developer / Technical Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term

Work time: Night Shift / US time zone

Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing integrations with external systems, including APIs and on-premise relational databases.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, LWC, OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors), and Flow Builder.
• Experience working on public sector projects, with a strong focus on data security and compliance.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II (required).
• Salesforce OmniStudio Developer or Consultant Certification (required).
• Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accreditation (preferred).
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications (preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, and middleware tools).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Proficiency with tools like Git, VS Code, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.
• Understanding of CJIS compliance requirements and their application in Salesforce solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in public sector projects, particularly those requiring CJIS, FedRAMP, or HIPAA compliance.
• Familiarity with public sector use cases such as Licensing and Permitting, Grants Management, and Citizen Engagement.
