Senior Salesforce Systems Administrator (Hybrid in Minnesota)

Position summary

As a Senior Salesforce Systems Administrator you will be responsible to ensure the optimal performance and operation of assigned Salesforce cloud through effective and efficient system administration and implementation of designed solutions and upgrades. Support Salesforce power users

Qualifications

You are required to have:

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT field, or equivalent experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Two or more years of Salesforce Administration experience with Sales Cloud, Support Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and FSL+
• Demonstrated experience creating documentation for requirements, solution designs, test scripts, and/or training guides
• Demonstrated experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes
• Familiarity with Salesforce systems (clouds) and products
• Understands in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration
• Familiarity with Lightening Web Components (LWC) and their use cases
• Knows how to build Salesforce Reports, Dashboards and Views
• Understands DevOps/release management practices
• Excellent data-modeling skills

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent field, or equivalent experience
• Masters of Business Administration or equivalent
• 1 year minimum experience specific to Salesforce Communications Cloud (formerly Vlocity)
• 2 or more years of experience with customer service and customer self-service features and applications
• Available options in the CostGuard product catalog

Schedule

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.

Location

This position can be located in one of our Arvig locations with the possibility of a hybrid schedule or work from home.
