Senior SAP BASIS & Security Administrator

Working under general supervision, the SAP BASIS and Security Administrator is responsible for managing daily operations of the SAP systems. Working with many different departments to keep system functions running smooth daily. This position includes the help of a basis architect to help support the system. Duties within this job may be essential services outside of normal business hours. Individuals in this job are required to answer such calls. Employees in this position may interact with their leader when needed, to receive guidance and feedback. Some non-routine activities may require their leader's advance approval, but routine decisions within the general scope of the role may be made independently.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring and troubleshooting SAP Sy stems that including S/4HANA, Process Orchestration, Manufacturing Integration, and Intelligence (MII), Plant Connectivity ( PCo ) , Solution Manager , Kepware and other SAP related systems.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting SAP HANA and Sybase DBMSs .
• Support m aintaining SAP Roles, Fiori Catalog s and Group s .
• Support User 's accessing requirement daily to each of SAP systems for both of ABAP and JAVA stack systems .
• Provide follow up as needed to confirm resolution of incidents and problems.
• Record, track, and detail all actions taken, successful and unsuccessful, through the final resolution of all incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Gather and document root cause analysis of major problems and incidents .
• Ensure all SAP BASIS processes are thoroughly documented and regula rly improved .
• Partner with other business and technology teams across the organization to deliver effective solutions. Plan and execute high level technical projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or equivalent relevant experience required ; Computer Science / Engineering / Information Technology / Information Systems / Science
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in SAP BASIS , SAP Security and/ or SAP J2EE Enterprise portal / MII Administrator required .
• Proficient knowledge of SAP Fiori / Role maintenance preferred .

• SAP BASIS / HANA Cer tification preferred.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS ( JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES , KNOWLEDGE)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style, with a focus on listening, questions, and critical thinking skills.
• Expert knowledge of the latest SAP BASIS & Security including, SAP ABAP stack, JAVA stack, HANA DBMS, Sybase ASE DBMS, MS Windows, SUSE Linux , MSCS Cluster, Pacemaker Cluster
• Expert knowledge of the end user SAP security technologies ( e.g.,SAP Fiori Launch P ad, SAP Role , Catalog, Group and SAML2 SSO)
• Expert knowledge of SAP Cloud Systems that including, Digital Manufacturing C loud (DMC), Analytic Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere ( Data Warehouse Cloud ), Integration Suite (CPI) , Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Salary Range: $110,000-$160,000
