Our consultants mostly work from our clients' offices, but return to the SQLI office regularly for training, team meetings, or team-building activities.

What will you be doing as a SAP BI Senior consultant with project management skills:
As a Project Manager SAP BI, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all BI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed-upon quality standards, As a Senior SAP BI Consultant you will work for our large accounts where you will support our customers on reporting visualizations, data modelling and authorizations.

You will set up and maintain their BW and SAC environments and do the requirement analysis together with the business users. You will be involved and/or drive full life cycle projects. Your role will be functional as well as technical.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager with a focus on SAP BI or data-related projects.
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP BI/BW, including 1+ years with SAP BW/4HANA and SAC.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage projects and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Technical knowledge of SAP BI solutions to translate business requirements into actionable strategies.
• Ability to lead and coordinate SAP BI projects with cross-functional teams and align them with client expectations.
• Comfortable building relationships with Belgian clients and working primarily in Belgium.
• Embody values such as respect, care, commitment, team spirit, and entrepreneurship.
• Experience in corporate environments is an asset.
• Consulting expertise; including:
  • Gathering business requirements and training key users.
  • Discussing solutions with business stakeholders, including management.
  • Mentoring junior profiles.

• Strong language skills in Dutch, French and English: you can communicate fluently in these three languages, both orally and in writing, and you feel comfortable guiding clients and teams in a multilingual environment.
