This is a consulting role within our Delivery Organization that is primarily client-facing and billable.

Location: This position will be remote with travel. Candidate may work where they live anywhere in the United States, but candidates located in Eastern or Central timezones are highly preferred.

Travel Requirements: Candidate will be required to travel to client sites approximately 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

Leveraging Issue Management expertise to provide technical support for the EWM application

Managing and resolving application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, and providing technical guidance to end-users

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues

Conducting root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues

Independently managing EWM assignments

Requirements

Candidate should have 8-10 years for SAP eWM Consulting Experience

Expert knowledge of Inbound/Outbound and Internal processes

Expertise in handling Inter company stock transport orders, intra company stock transport orders, transfer postings, and physical Inventory

Specializing in the area of SAP EWM Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution

Experienced in defining storage areas and storage bins

Able to monitor stock movements and experienced in stock placements and removals using different put-away, picking strategies, and rules

Familiar with interfacing and using Radio frequency devices (RF) as well as the SAP console to perform transactions on the warehouse floor, bar coding, and handling units

Familiar with warehouse capacity and warehouse order creation rules

Involved in outbound process such as goods issue, which includes picking, loading, shipping, and billing

Able to train client staff with process related standard work tasks

Involvement in cross-docking process, transportation planning, and execution

Integration Skills with legacy via IDOCS and QRPF queue processing

Sound cross functional knowledge of sales and distribution, Order to cash processes

Able to perform testing, change management, training, and implementation of SAP EWM

RF Device functions and Barcode support experience

Knowledge of SAP Best Practices - Embedded EWM and Decentralized

Experience working with Onsite/Offshore Model.

Excellent communication skills in English (Speaking/Presentation/Written)

Good understanding of SAP Application Managed Service Processes, Ticketing tools, Change Management, ITIL processes etc.

Certification in EWM preferred

Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
