Senior SAP Functional Analyst

Job Description

The Position

Under the direction of the Global Order to Cash Lead, the Senior Specialist, ERP BT position will be accountable to architect and design solutions for the Global Order to Cash business processes with a focus on Distribution & Logistics.

He/she will contribute to defining solution strategy, design principles, and ensuring the alignment between the business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, as the point person accountable for designing and approving solutions, while ensuring compliance to validation activities in a heavily regulated GxP environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert to guide technology strategy and implementation for Distribution & Logistics processes

• Create & document solution designs, and work with other solution delivery leads to identify options, impacts and recommendations

• Work with development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation and support of solutions

• Prepare, review and sign-off on functional design specifications

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science/Technology, or related field.

• At least five (5) years overall worked related experience with at least three (3) years of SAP ERP experience, including at least one full implementation related to Distributuion & Trade Compliance

• Experience with 3PL Warehouse integration required

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP GTS is required

• Proficient level of expertise and knowledge on end-to-end supply and intercompany scenarios

• Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to create and sustain meaningful relationships.

• Strong technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively articulate and communicate findings and recommendations to the senior management team.
