Senior SAP Project Manager - SAP Engagement Manager with Cloud Migration

The SAP Engagement Manager with Cloud Migration experience will lead as a value-focused, business and technology transformation trusted advisor. With 3 + Cloud Migration projects and 4 or more S/4 Hana FLC implementations, will provide project direction to discuss and champion the business case for change to a business stakeholder and execute high value business solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide client's business value by applying technology enabled solutions to address their business objectives.
• Role includes program planning and deployment, budget management, P&L management, risk management, operations transformation, systems integration, and software development.
• Creating and negotiating statements of work, program planning and milestone creation, financial reporting
• Fluent in Agile and Scrum methodologies, Experience working with offshore and/or nearshore teams across multiple continents.
• Proactively look to find, position, and apply new technology / solutions in SAP.
• Work with solutions and sales teams to support new solution and new business development activities.
• Have a successful track record running large programs.
• Detail orientation, self-direction, and independent problem-solving skills
• SAP S/4 project management experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Stellar executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level.
• Experience mentoring team members in technology, architecture, and delivery of applications.
• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required.
• Ability to create a shared sense of direction and community among the teams.
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
• Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies.
• Excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
• MUST be willing to travel as needed (can be up to 75% at times)
• A history of professional success, preferably in Consulting Services

Required Skills:

• Senior Business Leader with multiple (12+) years of SAP experience that has an End-To-End process view across multiple functional areas.
• 3+ Cloud Migration Implementations
• 4 or more S/4HANA full lifecycle implementation projects
• Proficient and experienced working using Agile framework and ceremonies.
