Senior SAP Project Manager – Supply Chain Focus

• Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables aligned with client business goals.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration among business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Business Process Re-engineering: Analyze and redesign business processes to improve operational efficiency and align with SAP best practices.
• Software Assessment and Selection: Conduct evaluations of ERP systems to identify optimal solutions that meet client needs.
• Digital Transformation Strategy: Drive digital initiatives that enhance business value and operational capabilities.
• M&A Integration: Support post-merger integration efforts, ensuring seamless SAP system alignment with new organizational structures.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
• Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints without compromising quality.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear, regular communication with all stakeholders, delivering comprehensive project updates and reports.
• Post-Implementation Excellence: Oversee transition to support teams, ensuring a smooth handoff, troubleshooting, and user training.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  • 15+ years of SAP project experience, including a minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Supply Chain Management and its integration with other SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing).
  • Proven experience in business process optimization, software evaluation, and digital transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated success in managing SAP initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Technical Skills:
  
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Smartsheet.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Education and Certifications:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
  • SAP certification(s) in relevant modules are a plus.
• Core Competencies:
  
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders. Spanish language communication skills is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value through technology.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and be able to travel.
