What You Will Do💡

• Develop and lead data science projects from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Act as a thought leader within the organization, guiding data-driven decisions across product development, operations, and marketing.
• Build, refine, and deploy machine learning models to solve a variety of business challenges, such as demand forecasting, user behavior prediction, delivery route optimization, and customer segmentation.
• Leverage statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and optimization techniques to drive insights from complex data sets.
• Work closely with product, engineering to understand their needs, provide actionable insights, and drive improvements in our delivery platform.
• Present and communicate data insights and models to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner.
• Partner with data engineers to ensure robust data pipelines and a scalable data infrastructure.
• Identify and implement new tools, libraries, or platforms to enhance our data capabilities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts, helping to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science roles, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects from ideation to execution.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, deep learning) and statistical methods (e.g., regression analysis, hypothesis testing).
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex analyses into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
