Senior Scrum Master

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support clients in our Delivery Leadership practice here at Coppei. This role will work directly with our clients to deliver products and services in a growing consulting environment with people who truly care about you and your ideas.

Working Environment: Hybrid

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or related roles
• Experience working on large, complex projects with multiple workstreams
• Experience in a technical consulting environment

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 7+ years of consulting experience
• Big 4 consulting experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification

Responsibilities: 

• Manage three scrum teams across three different workstreams
• Manage Jira backlog and grooming
• Run Ceremonies and work with PM to highlight risks in the workstream 

Compensation: 

• For WA Residents: The base compensation range for this position is $65 to $75 per hour depending on experience 
• Employees are also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
