Job Title: Senior Scrum Master

Job location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Experience in Agile product delivery or lean product development

An expert in the Scrum Framework

Not focused on a single approach, and open to experimentation and inspection and adaptation

Experience in behavior driven development, test driven development, or specification by example

Experienced (preferably certified CSM/PSM) Scrum Master, with experience of other approaches such as Lean, Kanban, etc.

Committed to the development of all team members and continuous development of capability within the department

Committed to continuous learning, and able to demonstrate a pattern of personal development in Scrum

Evidence in continuity of support for a team, and progression of responsibilities.

JIRA expertise

Ensure Agile methodology i.e., Scrum, kanban, is understood and leveraged to ensure the supported teams are maximizing their efficiency. Scrum Master do this through facilitation of Agile events and working with team members to participate and own their role within the Scrum Team to deliver consistent and quality results.

Act on behalf of their supported teams to remove impediments and obstacles for their teams and to produce an environment that helps their teams deliver their products and meet their milestones.
