Job Description

The Senior Scrum Master will support multiple delivery teams within a fast-paced product development driven environment. This role is intended to help a team of problem solvers achieve their goals as high performing product delivery teams, creating a culture of self-organization and continued improvement. The person in this role ensures clear communication and organization of the team, and coaching of team members in all aspects of the standard Agile/Scrum process.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You'll identify risks to the attainment of Feature and Sprint goals and engage the team in mitigating risks.
• You'll communicate, influence, and negotiate across the enterprise to support team objectives.
• You'll foster speed, innovation and encourage continuous improvement.
• You'll track and monitor the team's progress towards Roadmap and Sprint objectives via Agile metrics reports (e.g., Burndown and Velocity charts) and provide status updates.

• You'll help identify and form future Agile teams.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline. Achieved Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master Certification (SSM).
