Simpplr is looking for an experienced, dynamic and hands-on leader who has demonstrated achievement as an SDR leader and has a playbook of best practices you can share.Β You enjoy helping others succeed and seek to work at a fast-growing company that is still evolving and implementing new processes. Your Job ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing:- Lead the Sales Development organization in setting goals, objectives and quota achievement
- Share and teach management best practices to a team of developing and accomplished managers
- Train, motivate, and coach SDRs/BDRs
- Implement outbound best practices and cadences
- Define metrics to drive team behavior and performance
- Design and implement a scalable enablement program for existing and new SDRs/BDRs
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve processes and implement campaigns
- Align with sales leadership and AEs to achieve target account penetration pipeline generation goals
- Participate in sales meetings and be the face of the SDR/BDR team
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Simpplr products and technologies, competitors, and industry trends
- Create a motivating sales environment for your SDR/BDR team through learning and fun incentives
- 6+ years of management experience in Sales, Business/Sales Development or Inside Sales management, preferably in high technology based products and/or service
- Salesforce, Salesloft (or other sales acceleration tool), LinkedIn Navigator and Zoominfo (or other data tools) proficiency
- Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at commercial and enterprise accounts managing outbound prospecting teams
- Ability to drive cross functional alignment and coordination across sales and marketing teams
- Ability to attract, retain, and motivate exceptional SDRs and SDR managers
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and with multiple departments including sales, marketing, product management and customer success
- Experience establishing quotas and reporting on commissions
- A broad knowledge of Cloud and SaaS
- Experience working in a closing role (desired)
