• Designing and building large-scale infrastructure to power crawling, ranking, and retrieval systems.

• Scaling and optimizing search engine for maximum efficiency.

• Enhancing serving infrastructure to reduce costs and latency while maintaining 99.9% uptime.

• Training and evaluating ranking models, including LLMs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record working with large-scale search and retrieval systems.

• Self-starter with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.

• Minimum of 5 years of working on search-related projects.

• Deep understanding of the search and retrieval systems.

Our cash compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $250,000.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity is part of the total compensation package.
