The Sustainability Office oversees the development and implementation of TransUnion's corporate sustainability programming. The sustainability programing includes: engaging key stakeholders, setting sustainability objectives, overseeing goal execution, reporting enterprise progress as well as providing thought leadership on emerging environmental, social, and governance ("ESG") risks and opportunities. What You'll Bring:

• Knowledgeable and experienced in corporate reporting (e.g., 10-K, DEF-14A, etc.)
• Demonstrated organizational & project management skills
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems and offer solutions
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different environments
• Develops technical solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
• Ability to adapt, learn, and lead in start-up environment and through uncertainty
• Bachelors in Accounting, or Finance; MBA or graduate degree preferred

Impact You'll Make:

• Develop a comprehensive reporting schedule for TransUnion, coordinating across departments including Accounting, Human Resources, Investor Relations, and Marketing
• Identify, collect, track, and verify TransUnion's ESG metrics
• Manage and monitor external consultant work, as required
• Lead internal auditing efforts of ESG information, following financial reporting principles
