As the Senior Security Writer you'll be part of At-Bay’s in-house Content Team. You'll act as a cybersecurity subject matter expert and help build At-Bay’s authority by researching and writing high-value, expert-led content on a variety of security-related topics.

Findings from our in-house security team are presented with actionable insights to help clients improve their security and lower risk. Our security team has helped insureds avoid millions in potential losses before hackers even had a chance.

In this role you will:

  • Research and write compelling and insightful long-form thought leadership articles/reports on cybersecurity-related topics to strengthen At-Bay’s position as a credible expert on threat intelligence, lowering risk, remediation, and cybersecurity best practices.

  • Translate highly technical research and proprietary data into engaging reports.
  • Create and monitor a network of cyber security industry news, industry forums/events and trade publications to generate content ideas and security topics we should be covering.
  • Work with our social media writer to build our influencer network, engage with influencer content and find opportunities to partner on guest blogs etc.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team leads to plan and execute against our content strategy, and maintain an editorial calendar of security content for the year.
  • Partner with our copywriter, SEO agency, and design team to ensure our security content strategically drives our business goals and adheres to our brand look and feel/voice.
  • Provide editorial support by reviewing all security related marketing content across channels.
  • Act as editor for all security content created by freelancers to help them meet production goals and continually raise quality standards.
  • Attend and cover cybersecurity meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
