Senior SEO Content Writer

We are seeking talented senior writers to join our team. As a writer for Thematic, you will help create blog posts, case studies, and templates to educate and engage our audience on the power of feedback analytics, AI and customer insights in transforming customer experiences and business profits.

You’ll create and deliver high-quality, SEO-optimized content that helps our audience understand customer experience challenges and how analyzing unstructured feedback at scale delivers insights to improve the business in a clear, concise and compelling manner. 

This role will involve:

• Writing clear, concise, and engaging content on topics related to AI, NLP, technology and customer experience
• Strong research skills to translate technical concepts into accurate and insightful content
• Adapting to Thematic’s tone of voice and ensuring consistency across all content
• Collaborating with our product and marketing teams to craft content that resonates with our audience
• Staying up to date on industry trends to produce relevant and cutting-edge content
• Meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality

Requirements

• Background or strong interest in AI, research and insights or customer experience

• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Ability to independently research and understand complex topics quickly
• Exceptional writer who can produce quality content within tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team
• Experience writing on SaaS and technology, with proven SEO results, is a plus 
• A strong portfolio of published content (blogs, articles, whitepapers) in AI, analytics, or business transformation.
