Job Overview

The Sr. Senior Service Design Manager (Process Engineer) will build partnerships with Customer Onboarding, Call Center, Payment Processing, Treasury Operations, Product, IT, Financial Planning & Analysis, Scanning/Indexing and all other Customer Delivery Group functions to achieve corporate cost reduction, efficiency, quality, and revenue targets. This position will also deliver process improvement projects including all aspects from identification through implementation as well as, influence and educate business owners in all topics related to continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Accountable for delivery of process engineering projects including charter, scope, delivery, implementation and benefits to be certified by internal accounting
  • Contribute to creation and delivery of monthly Business Reviews with VP/SVP to ensure overall awareness and health of process engineering project portfolio
  • Working team member of enterprise level process engineering projects
  • Build process maps, data collection plans, project charters, RACI, etc. and use the information to deliver business value
  • Data collection and analysis to quantify the dollar value of opportunities
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
  • Six Sigma or Lean Yellow Belt certification with project experience and quantifiable benefits
  • Professional who is committed to advancing their career through mastery of the skills and methodologies of Process Engineering
  • High level of business acumen with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in an operation or transactional environment
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to conduct basic statistical analysis (Control/Run Charts, t-tests, proportions, etc.)
  • Highly proficient creating process maps with Visio
  • Comfortable with Six Sigma and Lean tools and methods, ability to facilitate workshops with the most familiar tools independently
  • Ability to manage and deliver projects with moderate guidance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Project management experience
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to concisely summarize complex business issues to all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (ex: Business, Analytics, etc.)
Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Green Belt certification
  • Prior experience working in a Center of Excellence
  • Experience with SQL, DAX, XML, MS Power Apps
  • Additional certifications such as PMI, ASQ, and related
