Service Team Leader - Brand Protection
Location: Wilmington, DE or Gaithersburg, MD
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Hybrid
The Senior Service Manager is a critical piece of our Brand Protection team and will oversee US and EMEA team members as they identify and remove our clients' intellectual property infringements from the internet.
Some of the things that you'll be doing...

• Develop and lead a team of global Brand Protection Analysts.
• Field escalations and support team as they identify and enforce on infringing content that violates clients' IP rights.
• Ensure the timely completion of deliverables to clients.
• Develop and manage brand protection workflows to match clients' needs.
• Track and manage key performance indicators.

• Planning and Organizing: Coordinate ideas and resources to achieve goals.
• Research Information: Identify, collect and organize data for analysis and decision-making.
• Verbal and Written Communication: Convey ideas and facts using appropriate language considering the customer.

Applicable technical skills, experience and qualifications required:

• 2-3 years of prior leadership experience, preferably in the field of Brand Protection
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property and Trademark Law
• Bilingual/Multilingual skills preferred
• Online Trust and Safety
• Risk Mitigation & Management
• Good knowledge of IT and Internet Technology
• Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript highly desirable
• Digital transformation experience
• Customer management software experience
