As a Senior Service & Product Designer you enjoy creating digital products used by millions of users, with a strong focus on complex banking projects. You will drive innovative ideas and bring together the right stakeholders, pitching ideas and working on them from discovery and ideation until delivery. Your goal is to align design strategy and contribute to the growth of our banking products through collaboration and innovative solutions. All while fostering a spirit of constant learning and improvement. As an advocate for user-centricity, you will ultimately empower users to have more control over their finances.

{ your_responsibilities: [

• You lead discovery and ideation, drive innovation and validate business concepts with Design Thinking methodologies.
• You take ownership for topics from early ideation through validation to implementation within teams.
• You facilitate workshops, design sprints, and collaborative sessions, applying customer insights and research to guide decisions.
• You develop interactive prototypes, selecting the right fidelity to test and validate user and business ideas.
• You create cohesive concepts and visual designs for app and web, maintaining a user-centric approach across platforms.
• You collaborate closely with product owners, developers, researchers, and stakeholders in an agile environment to achieve shared goals.
• You foster a culture of trust and collaboration, enabling your team to deliver their best work.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Product/Service Designer with strong skills in problem-solving, interaction design, prototyping, and creating intuitive user interfaces.
• You have an impressive portfolio demonstrating your ability to translate rough business ideas into exciting, user-centric products with a strong aesthetic sense.
• You have confident experience in leading workshops, design sprints, and applying design methods to align business, tech, and user perspectives.
• You demonstrate strong product thinking capabilities, including influencing product goals and identifying new opportunities.
• You have excellent communication skills and can articulate complex design problems and solutions effectively in cross-functional teams.
• You have experience in agile environments with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
• Bonus: You have experience designing financial products, trading platforms, or similar complex systems.
• Bonus: You have Design Thinking Coaching experience or qualifications (e.g., HPI Academy, AJ&Smart Masterclass, IBM Enterprise Design Thinking, etc.).
• Bonus: You are fluent in German.
• You are passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!
