This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Senior Serviceability Engineer you will be responsible for:• Create 3D models and animations to enhance the instructional experience.• You will be defining and providing input into Serviceability concepts forDiagnosing, Repairing, Maintaining, Installing Molecular Imaging Products tocontinuously upgrade our remote service offerings and implement our servicestrategy.• You will be creating, updating, service content to be used by serviceengineers (written, multimedia, AR, VR) for performing various serviceactivities for our customers.• Collaborate with the design and development team to ensure thatserviceability concepts are integrated into design process.• Collaborate with technical and customer support to identify issuesrequiring serviceability solutions.• Responsible for all aspects of servicing on the Symbia platform for theareas of motion and detector.• Implement XR use cases for process improvement. This includes Designreviews on virtual asset to identify serviceability issues early, Virtualtraining using VR or AR content, Technical instructions for field using XRcontent, and Object recognition to direct user to correct content.• Support digital twinning (DT) activities (Deployment of analytics to avirtual system) and integration of DT into other Advanced Service toolplatforms • Create 3D models from existing CAD drawings for use in animations, VR& AR content • Manage CAD model for use in Digital twin use cases • Define Design requirements for 3D printing for CS use cases • Collaborating with Design & Development Teams, Marketing, Sales,Field Service.• Primary point of contact for XR on SPECT and SPECT/CT Systems.

This position may suit you best if you are familiarwith what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers• Must possess general mechanical/technical aptitude to understand thetypical processes and workflows • Proficiency in 3D CAD design software (NX preferred). • Experienced in creating XR (Extended Reality) content for industrialapplications is a plus • Knowledge of PTC Vuforia Studio (or similar) a plus • Knowledge of Hololens and/or HP Reverb headsets a plus • Knowledge of BOM structures for assemblies, sub-assemblies, etc • Knowledge of video editing and keyframing a plus • Knowledge of web development (CSS, JavaScript) is a plus • You are passionate and familiar with Customer Service & ServiceDelivery • You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Exceland Outlook)• You have a strong understating of complex system design, and developmentthru requirements. • You have strong influencing and negotiation skills.• You are experienced and have knowledge on SPECT and SPECT/CT systems withan emphasis on SPECT Detectors & Image Quality.

Required skills to have for the success of thisrole• MS, or BS in Engineering.• Experience with XR technologies, such as augmentedreality and virtual reality (Unity or Unreal Engine.• Preferred to have experience in servicing ComputedTomography (CT) and SPECT/CT systems.• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensurethat the instructions are accurate and effective.• You are collaborative, communicate well, and workin a team environment.• Ability to create clear instructions (using bothtext and photos/diagrams) to communicate technical concepts.• Strong understanding of instructional designprinciples and learning theories.• Minimum of 5-8 years in designing, or supportingMedical Imaging Devices
