Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer who can bring expertise in JavaScript, web technologies, platform security, and data privacy.
The right candidate will demonstrate extensive service development on the ServiceNow platform, architectural acumen to craft robust and secure solutions, leadership qualities to mentor junior developers, and fluency in agile processes to elevate our team's performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deploy robust ServiceNow solutions upholding high standards of security and data privacy
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications to align with evolving security requirements
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, gather requirements, and deliver technical solutions
• Drive best practice implementation around platform security to adhere to industry regulation standards
• Lead and mentor junior developers by providing direction and promoting professional growth
• Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the development lifecycle within an Agile framework

• 5-7 years of proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform with a strong emphasis on security aspects
• Proficiency in JavaScript coupled with knowledge of web technologies
• Deep understanding of data privacy laws and application of these principles within ServiceNow
• Competency in addressing security vulnerabilities, including experience with Pentest, Owasp, and familiarity with SOX compliance
• Certification such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or a relevant equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills adept in an agile environment
• Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic development setting
