You're a great fit if you:

  • fearlessly work with clients, users, and team members to build the best products possible
  • develop ServiceNow technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests
  • can work within ServiceNow applications and configurations, and implementations with other systems and services
  • have experience in implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform
  • have experience with workflow, business rules, Java scripting, UI actions, Web Services, integrations on ServiceNow

You'll love our role if you: (This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit)

  • have 5+ years of ServiceNow Consulting and Development experience
  • have experience as a technical resource on development and O&M engagements at customer sites
  • can coordinate with implementation partners, IT managers, internal stakeholders, and developers in providing solution suggestions and constructive feedback
  • have experience in working with Web and Scripting Technologies (XML, HTML, Web Services, Java, Apache Tomcat, JavaScript)

We'll REALLY love if you: (This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out)

  • are a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, and/or Certified Application Developer
  • have experience in integrating on-premises and cloud-based 3rd party systems with ServiceNow; specifically, existing solutions developed using Microsoft SharePoint 2013 and Javascript
  • understand key organizational and process maturity frameworks such as ITIL and CMMI; specifically, as they relate to the ServiceNow Management applications: Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, and Configuration Management.
  • have the CompTIA Security+ Certification.

What your day will look like:

  • You will support both on-premises and cloud hosted enterprise applications.
  • You will work with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Developers to facilitate the flow of continuous development through a secure, stable pipeline.
  • You will support solution development by providing, communicating and evolving the broader technology and architectural view of the solution.
  • You will develop and maintain technical documentation. Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution and explore solution alternatives.
  • You will define subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context.
  • You will help to establish coding standards and ensure code quality guidelines
