Job Overview

The Senior ServiceNow / HR Operations Continuous Improvement Specialist role is both a hands-on and strategic role that provides project leadership and support to Human Resources Operations processes, projects and initiatives. This role is critical in executing technology advancements (SaaS), project initiatives, managing change, driving HR operational excellence, process improvement and providing superior customer support. This role combines the blended skillset of an HR Business Analyst, System Administrator and Project Manager or Coordinator, to consult and manage process improvement projects from original concept through successful change management and final implementation .

What you Will Do:

  • Analyze operational efficiency and employee experience to identify improvement opportunities:
    • Gather information from a variety of sources; to analyze, interpret, and summarize data gathered, to identify trends and deliver insights
    • Identify root cause(s) of problem(s) and improvement opportunities
    • Design, test, and implement leading to desired outcomes tied to business results
    • Coordinate, implement and manage changes for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
    • Performs access management, process management, knowledge and production support/issue resolution and documentation management
    • Supports the daily operations of all myHR ServiceNow requests and system/process maintenance
    • Support knowledge base management by creating, reviewing and approving article content and following up with stakeholders on questions/clarifications
    • Will help manage to ensure system quality and minimize undesirable impacts and risks for the business
  • Initiate and lead process improvement projects:
    • Develop project plans, determine project scope, identify objectives, deliverables, dependencies, resource requirements, and establish timelines
  • Act as an ambassador and change agent to build and sustain a culture of continuous improvement
    • Become an expert in HR technology platforms; stay current on new tools and features and drive adoption of our suite of tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related degree preferred or AA with 2 years or GED with 4 years of work experience in lieu of.
  • Minimum of 2+ years work experience in project management and process improvement supporting configuration, implementation, enhancements, data analytics and upgrades for SaaS.
  • Prior System Admin experience for HR or IT Help Desk Ticket Management systems (i.e. ServiceNow, Zendesk, ServiceDesk) preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Case Management, Knowledge Management and Service Portal or HR Service Delivery preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of multiple Human Resources functions (i.e. Benefits / L&D / Talent Management / Onboarding) preferred.
  • Workday experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) product suite.
