• Good knowledge of Excel (formulae reading, formatting, vlookup & Pivot etc.)
• Knowledge about the Insurance industry in US
• Knowledge about US Culture
• Knowledge of Insurance principles
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology
• Communication skills - should be able to read & comprehend business/medical documents. Excellent oral/written communication
• Proficiency in English - Spoken and Written
• Analytical and interpersonal skills
