Senior Silicon Engineering Program Manager, Physical Design

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Silicon Technical Program Manager with hands-on experience in backend silicon development.

What you'll be doing:

• As part of this position, your responsibilities will involve driving the physical implementation of ASICs with external ASIC vendors and internal teams.
• Active collaboration with technical leads to drive design integrity checks, synthesis, static timing analysis, and power analysis
• Working with vendors to drive physical implementation activities including DFT, and post-silicon activities including ATE testing, Characterization, and Qualification
• Identify and prioritize project risks and impacts. Drive escalation to senior management
• Drive closure on technical issues and development roadblocks to ensure high-quality physical implementation
• Drive silicon and IP partners to ensure high-quality and on-time deliverables

What you'll have:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SOC/ASIC physical implementation
• Experience managing physical implementation internally or with external vendors
• Experience working with teams across multiple locations
• Own project development using well-defined metrics
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive while demonstrating creative & critical thinking
• Experience working on Jira, Confluence, Project Management tools such as Smartsheets, MS Projects

Nice-to-haves:

• Functional lead in physical implementation of ASIC development
• Familiarity with developing automotive-grade silicon with AEC-Q100 qualification and ISO 26262 functional safety
