Key Responsibilities: 

· Focus on creating reusable templates for automating recovery steps across NCR managed devices and platforms running in GCP or Azure 

· Increase efficiency, eliminate downtime and drive performance across all platforms 

· Write scripts and automation code to provision software deployed in Cloud  

· Developing integrations between our third-party tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Github) 

· Work with development and support teams on problem management effrots 

· Provide operational support to the automation platform

· Assist with reviewing documentation for migrating applications from on-prem to cloud
