Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Everbridge is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to support the continued operation and enhancement of our Federal CEM platform. Our platform runs in AWS GovCloud on a Microsoft technology stack. Our platform provides critical risk intelligence, data visualization along with other capabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Work collaboratively with a team of engineers that span multiple disciplines
• Develop IaC using tools such as Ansible and Terraform
• DevSecOps automation
• Manage Windows Active Directory Domain
• Manage AWS GovCloud resources
• Continuously improve processes
• Learn new skills

What You'll Bring:

• A current Secret Clearance (preferred) or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• 7+ years of experience in Windows System Administration
• 4+ years of Linux System Administration
• 4+ years of experience with PowerShell
• 4+ years of experience with automation (e.g. Ansible, Terraform)
• 4+ years of working in a cloud-based environment (preferably AWS)
• 4+ years of working with the Federal Government (preferably the Department of Defense)
• 4+ years of networking/firewall administration (e.g. Juniper, Cisco)

Bonus If:

• Experience with eMASS
• Experience working SQL Server or similar relational databases
• Experience with the ATO process for Federal Government Information Systems
