Senior Sitecore Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sitecore Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining enterprise-level websites and applications using the Sitecore Experience Platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences, driving customer engagement and business success.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Technologies

• Sitecore, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
• Sitecore SXA (Sitecore Experience Accelerator), EXM (Email Experience Manager), Sitecore xDB and Sitecore Analytics

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Sitecore-based solutions that meet client needs and industry standards
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, front-end developers and business analysts to create seamless user experiences
• Optimize Sitecore applications for scalability, performance and security
• Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems and services
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore development (Sitecore 9.x or higher preferred)
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET, C# and MVC
• Experience with Sitecore Helix architecture and Solr search engine
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• B2 written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Sitecore Cloud
• Experience with Sitecore Content Hub
• Familiarity with SXA
• Skills with one of modern Frontend library (React, Angular, Vue)
