Senior Social Creative, Ideation

We are looking for an Account Director to join our Client Services team in London.

This will be a 6 month FTC with the possibility of an extension or going perm.

The Client Services team at 1000heads is the engine that keeps all of our accounts powered. Our business is understanding what our clients need and delivering the solutions to help them get there. We do this via our extensive knowledge of sectors and business drivers, a potent blend of strategic and creative thinking, and exceptional organisation and project management skills. To be part of the Client Services team at 1000heads you must be a passionate, details-loving communications expert, driven by the need to make things work.

Role

To manage several major global accounts and develop both existing and new client relationships.

• Developing innovative and creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns
  Help to create, pitch in and deliver an award-winning idea
• Increase the creativity across the agency, progressing the methods we regularly use to generate ideas
• Experiment with and improve the methods that we use to communicate and deliver proposals to clients
• Secure substantial revenue growth on each account you work on by proactively developing and pitching in fresh and bold ideas
• Win new clients for the agency (collectively worth over £800K annually) acting as an integral part of the pitch team
• Generate PR for 1000heads by incorporating new technology and platforms into our work – ensuring the agency is innovative and newsworthy
• Inspire the people around you and increase their job satisfaction
• Coach junior members of staff and nurture future leaders for the agency

  Ideators will not ‘own’ idea generation at 1000heads, they are responsible for energising creativity and facilitating the creation of stunning ideas within a team. Therefore, they will be able to inspire those around them to think differently and bravely, fostering creative energy that is positive and adventurous.
• An amazing storyteller
  Able to grasp the high level vision for an idea, Ideators are able to take the core of an idea and craft it into a compelling and detailed concept. This will entail creative writing, visualisation, script-writing and good old power-point creation. A solid grasp of the marketing mix and a strategic approach to communications planning is crucial to keep the creativity focussed. During this process Ideators will work with those around them to co-create the final proposal that is delivered to our clients.
   
• Articulate and charismatic
  Ideators will help teams to present and verbally bring to life our ideas and proposals. Gifted with a natural confidence and able to hold the attention of their audience. They will be the personification of the creative aspiration and collaborative spirit of the agency.
