Senior Social Manager, FUEL
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the subject matter expert and go-to resource for information related to social media platforms and their respective online communities
Proactively seek out brand opportunities via social listening
Identify and connect with influencers and brand advocates in authentic, brand-right ways
Monitor competitors as well as organic performance to inform reporting and optimizations
Quality assurance of all content, both paid and organic
Monitor trends and provide timely recommendations for how clients can capitalize on key moments to consistently reinforce their brand
Contribute to content brief development and help lead content kickoff workshops
Develop reports and work across teams to proactively elevate insights and opportunities
Key content representative during live events and activations
Stay up to date on new social media platforms, ad offerings, content publishers, tools, trends and best practices
Participate in annual integrated campaign planning
Write POVs and recommendations for brand actions and real-time marketing opportunities
Assist in training and onboarding new team members
Participate in brainstorms and facilitate when appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ of relevant content experience, agency experience preferred
Proven experience managing a brand’s social channels and measuring success
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral
Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize and be adaptable to change
Ability to work autonomously and take the lead on projects
Impeccable attention to detail
Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills to manage the unknown
