Your Impact at Starface  

Reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy, the Senior Social Media Manager will collaborate with the rest of the brand team to ensure the brand stays true to its core values while still generating excitement and relevance across all social channels. The Senior Social Media Manager will be responsible for the overall strategy, performance and growth across all social platforms in order to: 

• Expand our digital presence and community impact 
• Tell our compelling brand story in a valuable, culturally relevant and innovative way.
• Deliver results and growth on Starface social platforms (across analytics and community members) 

We will count on you to:

• Own all Social Strategy & Content across all platforms
• Evergreen Social Content 
• Monthly Content Calendars with strategic and content franchise breakdowns 
• Launch Specific Social Content 
• Align with the Brand Marketing Manager on all things needed to ensure a strong social launch. 
• Capture or brief out all content needed for launch specific social content. 
• Digital Trends 
• Stay on top of digital trends, identify how they relate to Starface, and brief/post the content in a timely manner.  
• Manage Day to Day of Social & Content Capture Team Members 
• Compile and present all content to the leadership team for approval/feedback in a timely manner. 
• Ensure all content across social feeds align with overall brand/creative aesthetic and tone 
• Align with Cross-functional Teams on Launches and liaise with creative team to ensure all assets are created and delivered on time 
• Track all important Metrics to ensure we’re evolving strategies based on social performance at a strong cadence. 
• Work with Growth team to provide ad content (UGC internal level as well as outreach to influencers for usage on assets to run) 
• Produce Lower Lift Social Shoots 
• Have a strong creative eye to shoot content on your own / coach the content capture team.
• Have a strong understanding of the tools within each social platform (IG, TT, Discord, Twitter, etc) to utilize for Starface as well as stay up to date with new feature rollouts. 
• Have a strong understanding of all social algorithms with a solutions oriented mindset to present to leadership if there is a strategic recommendation you will make for the brand’s social channels to remain an innovator in the social space. 
• Oversee community growth and management across all platforms 
• Customer Support 
• Community Discussions
• UGC Capture 
• Influencer Inquiries 
• Weekend Coverage 

Who we are looking for 

• 5+ years of creative experience
• Natural storyteller 
• Witty, funny and have your pulse on culture 
• Strong understanding of the digital space and what content will perform best within each platform 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet competing deadlines
• Passion for content creation 
• 3+ years managing a team
• Strong people management skills and gives clear direction 
• Enjoys working independently as well as collaborating with Social team to strategize and meet goals and objectives for each project
• Has a “no task to small” attitude

Salary and Benefits 

• The compensation for this role is a $105-140K base depending on level of experience, and includes bonus eligibility and company stock options.
