The Chain Reaction team is EXPANDING, and we have an exciting opportunity for you to work with an award-winning agency! We are currently looking for a Social Media Account Manager to join our Dubai office and manage local, regional, and international client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall social media strategy.

• Lead and mentor the social media team, providing guidance and support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and

business goals.

• Manage and optimize social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth.

• Oversee content creation and ensure consistency with brand voice and guidelines.

• Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate and improve social media efforts.

• Manage relationships with external partners, influencers, and agencies.

• Ensure all social media activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

• • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media & Communication, or a related field.
• • 7+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
• • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and emerging trends.
• • Fluency in Arabic and English.
• • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• • Experience managing and developing a team.
• Creative and social-first mindset
• Expert knowledge in social best practices
