We are looking for a new colleague to join our Software Business Development Team and work inSunnyvale, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Perform business field/segment analysis in the Software Defined Vehicle Ecosystem - Focusing on the US market and the potential of new automotive players
• Provide cross divisional business development services, especially during the market evaluation phase of a new product as well as derive new business models (business model innovation) and continuously enhance methodology and tools
• Manage the Pre-Sales/Go-to-Market Team as well as the alignment with Software Business Governance
• Responsible for product alignment with overall Software Portfolio Management and report on Software-Business KPI's
• Participate in Software-Portfolio strategy development and in global strategic sales planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive software business development and in the value creation process
• Experience creating tangible proposals to generate business and revenue
• Strong sales and negotiation skills required
• Reliable client communication up to VP-level and flexibility and "Go-to-Customer" mentality is important
• Entrepreneurial mindset is key
• Ability to work in the VUCA world
• Domestic travel may be required (0-15%)
