THE PERSON:

• Deeply passionate about software development, programming, and computer graphics
• An excellent problem solver
• Keen on advancing their knowledge
• Highly focused on product quality with attention to detail
• Able to work independently and with a team, with minimal direction and supervision

THE SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 7 years as a software developer
• 5+ years of experience with C++
• Experience with C
• Experience with x86/x64 Assembly Language
• Experience with low-level Windows, GDI, Win32 and COM development
• Experience with debugging techniques
• Experience with Windows development environments (Visual Studio, etc.)
• Ability to quickly understand and solve unique and undocumented programming problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment and successfully build collaborative relationships

The following are not required, but definitely nice to have:

• Experience and working knowledge of agile development practices
• Knowledge of Delphi, Perl, Python, Batch scripting
• Knowledge of C# and other .NET languages
• Knowledge of Git and source code management
