Job Description:

Parsons is conducting a search for a Senior Software Engineer to help shape the future of Cyber operations. Work as part of a team to discover and capture cyber activity. Work side by side with mission analysts to improve their workflows, integrate new technologies into their baseline, develop prototypes, analytics and scripts to improve how they do missions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a cyber environment.

Experience and Qualifications

• Candidate shall have 16+ years of general experience in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• At least four years of the above experience must have been as a software engineer supporting software architecture development, requirement analysis,• process execution and evaluation, selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools and integration (with both new and existing systems).
• Development skills in Java threading/thread pooling, RMI, character set encoding, swing, JDBC, JMS, J2EE, Enterprise Java Beans, Web Logic, Servlets, and JSP.
• TS/SCI Full Scope Poly required

Education

A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics. or a related discipline, may be substituted for four years of general experience.

A master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline, may be substituted for an additional two years of general experience.

Salary Range:

$136,200.00 - $245,200.00
