Some responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Function as a technical SME on implementation of major projects 
• Will be part of a team that supports Operation Management Systems in the STO Computer Operation department
• Responsible for system development and vendor implementation efforts, from project initiation through post-implementation support, while following and enforcing the department change management process to ensure the timing of the changes does not jeopardize the availability and reliability of the systems
• Responsible for working on all aspects of new applications development as well as vendor systems implementations: planning, requirements gathering, business analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, training, implementation, and ongoing technical support
• Work on the day-to-day support of existing applications, problem-solving, and issue resolution
• Promote best practices and use of cybersecurity tools and follow procedures and guidelines to ensure complete compliance with the regulatory requirements, including NERC CIP and FERC Standards of Conduct requirements
• Be on-call during off-hours on a rotation basis

This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime.
