Job Description

In this position, you will develop and customize PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM pillars for implementations, upgrades, 3rd party integrations, and enhancements to client applications and workflows. Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is preferred as well as Oracle Integration Cloud. You will have the opportunity to act as an architect within the design process, write software to functional specifications, test code according to best practices and act as a mentor to junior associates. Along with development activities, there will be a moderate level of support work for escalated technical issues. Our team is highly collaborative, so strong communication skills are desired as well as the ability to mentor.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position are to:

• Analyze, design, code, debug, test and modify new software or enhancements while considering existing software capabilities
• Create strategic technical designs for medium-to-large scope projects
• Provide high-level architecture guidance and develop technical specifications
• Consult with stakeholders on current functionality and complexity of adding features
• Estimate effort for current and future projects of small to medium scope
• Debug complicated issues that span multiple modules, involve complex concurrency or low-level problems
• Propose and lead process improvement projects for development, deployment or application monitoring
• Share knowledge within team through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge-transfer

Qualifications

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)

California Pay Range: from $33.46 to $65.10 per hour; from $69,600 to $135,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $31.59 to $58.61 per hour; from $65,700 to $121,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

New York City Pay Range: from $31.59 to $61.88 per hour; from $65,700 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Washington Pay Range: from $35.29 to $61.88 per hour; from $73,400 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
