We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior C# Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications, as well as providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

You will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and design software solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient C# codebase for our software applications.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, and actively contribute to their professional growth and development.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our products and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution of software defects.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of software deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and design software solutions that meet business needs.

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in C# development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in .NET framework, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies.
• Solid understanding of database design and SQL programming, with experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within specified timelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice if you have:

• Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer).
