About you:

• You have proven experience in software development

• You have experience with some of our key technologies: Ruby on Rails Postgres Redis GraphQL API Integrations.

• You are flexible and creative you love to come up with novel ways to solve problems and work through constraints.

• You have a focus on quality testing system design and building iteratively.

• You have great communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• You have a “Can Do” attitude and a desire to learn new skills.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience working with crypto or financial companies.

• Experience working with Kafka

What you will do:

• Leading projects - Planning scoping executing and working with your product partner and manager to communicate progress to stakeholders.

• Thinking about the future - Help us design our newest features shape our client experiences and build a sustainable and performant architecture.

• Building with quality - Think about the big picture! Help us improve our client experience error rates application performance and developer velocity through a focus on iterative improvement.

• Helping set best practices - Help us figure out how to build better more reliable software!

• Mentoring others - Support and grow other developers within your team and get support on your own career journey!
