Senior Software Developer in Test

Responsibilities

• Identify, design, and deliver technical solutions (test frameworks, tools, and test cases), increasing test coverage and speed
• Being a part of an Agile team to identify and execute test strategies, plan, and trace matrices
• Implementing, executing, and troubleshooting automated UI (web and mobile) and API-level test scripts 
• Implement metrics, dashboards, and reports to visualize test data, and analyze results to identify issues/risks for communication with project management and development partners.
• Mentor engineers and analysts to provide technical guidance to individuals and teams for creating/maintaining automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Enhance and uphold the automation code quality by participating in code reviews and creating unit tests.

Preferred Experience

• Operating in an “Agile” environment
• Experience using SQL, Java, and JavaScript (plus)
• Experience designing and developing automated test frameworks using test automation tools, Experience with Playwright test library (plus)
• Experience with software QA tools (TestRail or others) and processes (BDD)
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines 
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
