We are currently seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our team remotely in the United States.

NTT DATA's Application Modernization division of NTT DATA, Inc is the leading provider of re-hosting and migrating of Legacy mainframe applications to the open platforms UNIX, Linux and Windows. NTT DATA App Mod Services is growing and has an opening for a TPE (Transaction Processing Environment) Developer. TPE is part of the UniKix suite of NTT DATAs rehosting product suite.

As a Senior Software Developer on the team, you will be expected to understand large software systems through source code analysis.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work with a team of senior software product developers and also be comfortable with making enhancements and providing bug fixes to existing software products.

Preferred Skills:

• Java
• C++
• Linux/Unix shell scripting
• TCP/IP network programming
• Mainframe online and/or batch systems (BMS, JCL, COBOL, IMS, DB2, VSAM)
• Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years Linux/C code development with complex software solutions
• 3+ years experience with CICS

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $110,400- $225,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
