WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Architect & Innovate: DEVops + further development of a highly innovative data-based backend system in the field of automated qualification that meet the evolving needs of our users.
• Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers and driving best practices in software development.
• Optimize & Enhance: Continuously improve code quality, performance, and reliability through code reviews, testing, and refactoring.
• Explore & Implement: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and integrating the latest technologies and tools into our projects.

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges head-on.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects and teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion: A genuine love for coding and a relentless drive to stay updated with the latest industry trends.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in PYTHON ((especially working with Pandas Data frames) , with a deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• SQL
• GIT (Repository/Pipelines
• GITLAB
• Statistical knowledge

Nice to have:

• MariaDB
• PowerShell or bash scripting
• Knowledge about REST-APIs (PHP)
• Kedro Framework
• Anaconda Distribution
• Basic knowledge with AI, especially LLM
• Image recognition
• DevOps knowledge

Languages

• English - Proficiency (C1)

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 3100€ /brutto.
