We have an immediate opening for an experienced, Senior Manager on our Software Development team. This individual will serve as Senior Software Development Manager responsible for the research, development, implementation, and maintenance of company developed software applications serving company personnel, claimants, and agency customers and insureds. This role makes development decisions and determines priorities within authority for coding new software products and for revising and updating existing agency software products. This individual will drive innovation, looking for opportunities to leverage new technology and improve the overall customer experience.

Required Knowledge:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent
  • Software application development and database manipulation software
  • 5-7 years related work experience


Preferred Knowledge:
  • Insurance coverages and rating schemes and insurance products
  • Company, agency, and department practices and procedures

  • Excellent oral and written communication with all levels of the organization and with Agents
