The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

At Nuage Networks we shape the transformation of Enterprise and Telecommunications networks through Software Defined Networking (SDN). As part of the team, you will be responsible for full life cycle development of features associated with future releases of the Nuage VNS SD-WAN solution.

What you will learn and contribute to • Contribute to all phases of software development, from requirements gathering through implementation and maintainance• Participate in defining requirements with product management• Design and develop complex modules of embedded code• Troubleshoot and resolve defects• Support QA validation and customer support teams

Your skills and experience

You have:
• A degree in Engineering or Computer Science or similar field of study with approximately 2 years of relevant work experience
• Solid understanding of Computer Networking concepts• Solid programming experience in C, Python• Background in Layer 2 or Layer 3 technologies (OSPF, BGP)
• Solid experience in Software Design and Development on Linux, BSD or VxWorks

It would be nice if you also had:
• Experience with Virtualized Switching Products such as OpenVswitch or Nexus 1000v and Server Virtualization expertise with KVM, Xen or Vmware ESXi
