Complete Description

As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team working in an Agile environment to design, develop, test, and debug applications software and systems. You will collaborate with fellow engineers and utilize your skills in software analysis, design, and programming to create innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with teams to design, develop, document, test, and debug applications software and systems that provide logical and mathematical solutions.
• Conduct multidisciplinary research and work with equipment designers and hardware engineers to plan, design, develop, and utilize electronic data processing systems for both product and commercial software.
• Analyze computer user needs and system capabilities to resolve program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
• Prepare operating instructions and contribute to the design and development of compilers, assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.
• Ensure compliance with software standards and adhere to best practices throughout the software development life cycle.
• Work in a fast-paced environment using Agile methodology for software development.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and take ownership of projects and tasks assigned.
• Emphasize innovation, forward thinking, and continuous improvement in software development processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong software analysis and design experience.
• Proficiency in C++ programming language.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working with Agile Framework.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Methodology.
• Knowledge of Linux operating system.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Tools such as Jira, Confluence, Fisheye Crucible, etc.
• Experience with Git distributed version control system.
