We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a proven track record of building impactful solutions in high-paced environments. This role demands a mix of technical excellence product innovation and operational experience to deliver mission-critical applications and systems.

Your responsibilities:

• Design develop and deploy scalable full-stack applications leveraging modern frameworks and cloud platforms.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify ambiguous requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

• Build and maintain secure HIPAA-compliant systems for managing sensitive healthcare data (EHR/EMR).

• Contribute to the development of AI/ML-powered workflows and applications.

• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for efficient deployment and monitoring.

• Support and enhance on-premise and cloud-hosted applications to meet customer needs.

• Drive product innovation with a user-first approach to UI/UX design and development.

You:

• Thrive in high-impact fast-paced environments demonstrating intrinsic ownership and a collaborative mindset.

• Are passionate about experimentation and innovation delivering meaningful production value in ambiguous scenarios

Your experience:

• 7-12 years of professional experience in full-stack development.

• Demonstrated success in delivering 3+ business-impacting solutions as a core contributor (responsible for 50%+ of production value code).

• Proven delivery of 5+ business-impacting projects and at least 1 0-1 initiative (startup/new vertical/platform v2 development).

• 5+ years in full-stack application development (UI API services infrastructure automation agile project management).

• 1+ year in product development.

• 3+ years in UI/UX design.

• 2+ years in SRE (operations monitoring & on-call support).

• 2+ years in DevOps (CI/CD pipeline development).

• 2+ years in ML/AI model-based application development.

Your technical skills:

• 5+ years of experience building public cloud-hosted application backends (Python Java Go) and frontends (JavaScript/TypeScript).

• 2+ years of experience with Angular framework development.

• Hands-on experience with batch and stream processing of security-sensitive big data sets.

• 2+ years of developing systems compliant with HIPAA/FedRAMP standards.

• Experience with on-premise application development deployment and support.
