Sr. Software Engineer - Performance
In this position, you will play a crucial role in executing on our ongoing SaaS software development activities, driving operational excellence through a strong dev-ops culture, and delighting our clients by building world-class software.
The successful candidate will have exceptional software development skills and demonstrated experience in a leadership role within a software development team. We are looking for a proven ability to execute on software projects, and someone who is excited to take on industry defining initiatives.

• Contribute to a scrum team that designs, develops, and deploys software programs for our clients.
• Apply extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications and databases according to provided requirements.
• Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and conduct load and performance testing
• Guide other team members to build new functionality within an existing software architecture and envision future improvements to the architecture.
• Assist in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
• BS or MS degree or equivalent work experience relevant to functional area. A minimum 5+ years software engineering experience.
• High proficiency in cloud design and deployment models including automation, orchestration and scale
• Experience building robust and scalable distributed systems and experience with multi-tiered production application deployments
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development framework.
• Experienced communicator that can assist and guide fellow developers with project assignments as well as report findings to stakeholders.
