Let's talk about the team

The primary role of Engineering function within Product Development team is to create specifications and designs for new products or improvements and enhancements to existing products. Works closely with customers, developers and other stakeholders to understand and define customer needs in these designs. Features are aligned to a timetable and areas of responsibility. Developers may solicit customers for feedback regarding product usability and desired future enhancements. Software Engineers who design, write and test code for the product should be matched in the either Software Engineering Applications or Systems. Product developers who specialize in hardware systems should be matched to Hardware Engineering.

• You Will do DB design/changes
• You Will provide unit tests for all code
• You Will conduct code reviews with other developers
• You Will promote SOLID design practices for software development in a cloud based environment
• You Will mentor junior members of the team
• You Will participate in interviews

Let's talk about you

• 7+ yrs of experience working for a software company with web-based applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with .NET (C# and/or VB.net), ASP.NET and web technologies such as SignalR, Web API, WCF, View.js, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Ajax.
• Experience with Cloud Must have (AWS Cloud preferred).
• Experience with MS SQL Server (TSQL/SQL)
• Experience in building APIs for both internal and external products.
• Experience in database partitioning of database physical files to improve performance.
• Experience in database normalization techniques
• Experience in performance implications when using views and joins.
• Experience in SQL debugging and SQL profiling.
• Proficient with WCF
• Experience using VS 2017/19, SQL Server 2017, .NET4.7/Core & C# 6, 7 techniques will be an added plus
• OO knowledge and practical experience of design patterns etc
• Practical experience with source code configuration, versioning and promotion
• Excellent problem solving, issue identification and technical documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and meeting deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Agile software methodology experience
• Experience working in a SaaS model
• Experience working with Continuous Delivery

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role may be eligible to receive bonus/ stock equity based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

Base Pay Range for this position:

112,000.00 - 168,000.00

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
