Our product, Employee Voice, offers a modern way of collecting and understanding employee engagement through surveys, helping businesses enhance their employees' work experience and improve their performance. We help organizations uncover not only what employees are saying, but also how they truly feel about the workplace and leadership. We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities: • Design and implement new features to extend our product's functionality

• Mentor and guide teammates to improve their technical and non-technical skills

• Lead by example as a high-level individual contributor

• Collaborate with teammates to tackle technical challenges

• Communicate effectively in person and virtually.

• Passionately drive product quality, and push for modernization

• Foster a culture of delivering quality software in a timely manner and continuously improve the development process

Qualifications

Qualifications:• Strong background in the fundamentals of programming concepts, design patterns, OOP, BDD, TDD

• Experience mentoring and guiding engineers

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Written and implemented automated unit, integration, and system tests

• Experience working with Rest APIs

• Comfortable working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB or ElasticSearch)

• Professional experience with Python software development and architecture

• Experience working with Kubernetes, docker, and public cloud providers such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon AWS, etc

• Contributed to and supported products with customers in production

Colorado, New York, Washington, and California Pay Law

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $106,900 to $153,650), however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation. San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,900 to $176,700 per year.
